Can't access my workspace.

Can anybody tell me if Anaplan Workspace is working or not? Actually I can't see my models from level 1 and 2 anymore. And also I can't access anything. I heard that Anaplan Workspace will again be available after 31st March 2024. Is It True? Can someone please tell me?

    Hello @AhanaM ,

    As far as I know the free workspace allocation is on hold for new applicants till March 2024. If you already have that and not able to access means may be 90 days trail period got elapsed that's why you are not able access?

    Thank You for replying. I think that my 90 days trial has expired. So, can you please tell me if I will be able to access them after the end of March?

    I don't think so, but you can try by reaching anaplan support on this query.

    Note: Free trail workspace you will get with different id, hence your old models are with different id. So clearly, I believe you are not able to restore the old ones.
