L2 Conclusion: Create Shipping Export Module and Create a Saved View

I am working on the conclusion portion of L2 and I am getting a different result then what should be expected.

(1) My shipping costs are showing sum-total

(2) Only one of the line item is displayed. It is set as a drop down to select the other line item.
