I just completed the Anaplan Way course training (which means I've completed Level 1, Level 2 (Sprint 1, 2, 3, and Conclusion))
However, i cannot find the Model Builder certification.

Complete the Workflow course, and then you will have the option to download the Model builder certificate.
It should be available, just check after some time. Or see if anything is left, but ideally once you complete L1, L2 and Anaplan way, you get a Certified Model Builder certificate.

Hello, My interface uses basic authentication to log in to Anaplan. The login process has been failing intermittently for about a week. How can I identify the root cause of these Anaplan API login failures? Username and password are correct. The account is not locked or expired. Thanks, Jorge Palma
