Build a heatmap

Hello Anaplanners,

I am trying to create a heatmap in UX. Conditional formats should be applied across this table with Red for low numbers and green for highest.

Has anyone built something like this before? Any tips on how to get there?

Note: My big roadblock is that each row is a separate line item. But, I could lobby to get data source changed to those hours be a dimension column (if I can get a solid heatmap).
