Survey: Invitation to participate in the 27th Annual Systems Survey by Sapient Insights
In anticipation of the 2024-25 Annual HR Systems Survey (27th edition) conducted by Sapient Insights Group, Anaplan is encouraging customer participation to inform the research. Ideal candidates will be familiar with their organization’s workforce planning and HR practices and supporting systems. The survey is now open for your participation through June 26 and all responses are confidential and only used in aggregate results.
This survey is valuable for everyone familiar with their organization’s workforce and HR practices and supporting systems (including planning), as well as those interested in sharing their vendor experiences and giving back to the community.
From an Anaplan perspective, we encourage you to participate if you are involved in workforce management, headcount and workforce cost planning, strategic workforce planning, recruiting planning, workforce capacity and cost planning for your projects, contact/call centers, plants, distribution or fulfillment centers, stores, front and back office operations, field service, etc. Feel free forwarded to your other team members for additional feedback and knowledge sharing.
As a Thank You for your participation, you will receive the following:
- A personalized data snapshot filtered by industry or region – your pick
- A full copy of the Sapient Insights 2024-2025 HR Systems Survey Research Paper, 27th Annual Edition an $1800 value [to be released later in 2024]
- Continuing education credits toward IHRIM’s HRIP recertification
The full survey takes approximately 15-60+ minutes to complete, but our hope is that you, at minimum, complete the Analytics and Workforce Planning section, which requires 10-15 minutes if you focus on this section. It is highly recommended to complete the survey in one attempt to avoid losing your responses.
Survey topics include:
- HR strategy, process, and structure
- HR Technology adoption, in all applications
- Analytics and Workforce Planning
- HRIS governance & organization structure
- Functional & HR Tech support services
- Deployment roadmaps, resourcing, and budgeting
- Implementation, maintenance, and integration
- Emerging and innovative technology and trends
Survey results will debut at the HR Technology Conference in September 2024. Our team looks forward to seeing you there! If you would like to purchase a copy of our 2023-2024 Annual HR Systems White Paper, you can do so here.
Thank you for sharing your voice and supporting this amazing global research community!
