In your mapping go to 2nd tab Time and map the correct time mapping YYYYMM
Load the file again and set Header row as 2 and Data row as 3.
Before coming to the mapping tab; you have to set your column header starts from and data starts from.
Start a fresh import, Select the file »»»Then in the file options tab make header row as 2 and first data row as 3 for your case to get the correct mapping. refer the image below
