Put the value of a selector on a UX page in a line item

Hello,

is it possible to put the value of a selector on top of a ux page(in this case it is a certain KPI) in a line item? If possible, I would like to use that selection as a lookup in a line item subset to calculate the Compound annual growth rate of that value.

I can do this via a field that feeds a line item but then it is not automatic (you have to click refresh button if you change the value of the field).

    You cannot get the value of a page selector into the model but you can build a dropdown or Boolean user filter and get its value into a line item.

    that's what i've done but selection of the self-build dropdown is not automatic. My graphs in the ux page will not change if I choose another value in the dropdown box. I always have to click the refresh button… Would like to have it automatically like the page selectors :(
