Excel Add In - limited by licence type?

Hi all - hoping for some guidance here… I'm looking to roll out the use of Anaplan Excel Add In's so people can retrieve information from the data hub without having any write access. I was wondering if this is possible with the "Limited Finance Contributor" licence, or if they would need to have a "Professional User" licence type?

    I’m seeking advice on using the Anaplan Excel Add-In to retrieve data from the data hub without granting write access.
