3.4.4 Stock exceptions report

Hi!

I created three grids, however need confirmation if this looks ok- because if I apply conditional formatting greater than 0, then all will be in red. Is that correct?

Also, how can I not show Safety Stock Flag count field above?

Thanks a bunch!

  • If you apply conditional formatting to highlight values greater than 0 and all values in your grid are greater than 0, then yes, all cells will be highlighted according to the formatting rule you set

If you want you can experiment with various ranges and also with colors to give this a better view.

For the Safety Stock Flag count field Navigate to the edit page, edit the grid. Go to the Pivot at the top of the grid and drag that dimension at the top. I think this will get you to the results you are looking for.

    Hope this helps

  • Hii nnithya,

To hide Safety Stock Flag count just move the line item to page selector like this

and then you can hide the context selector in your UX page.

And for the condition formatting set the minimum safety stock flag count in the minimum of CF dialog box . Example if you want to display cells with minimum safety stock flag 5 and below as red and above 5 as white you can do this

  • Thanks Anurag and Rajat. Was able to modify the pivot. One follow-up q- Should the second and third grids change based on the selector on top? It isn't for me.

  • Hi @nnithya,

You can get the other two grids to change according to the selector by turning on hierarchy filter in both of the said grids.

  • That was it! thank you so much for the timely help @Rajat26

  • @Rajat26 - would you be able to help on 3.5.5 Activity: Create Distribution Center Summary UX Page-

I think my issue is kind of similar - that the grids aren't refreshing. However I made sure to turn all sync.

If I choose Region, only first grid is refreshing. If I choose SKU, only third is refreshing.

May be it's very basic issue- unable to figure.

    Used following data sources-

    Grid 1 - INV03 Distribution Center Summary
    Grid 2 - INV04 Distribution Center Capacity
    Grid 3 - SYS08 SKU DetailsRefresh Data
    Grid 4 - DAT01 Beginning Inventory

    Thanks again!

  • Hi @nnithya

It's very difficult to say where you might have gone wrong, can you maybe just attach the screenshots of each grid card configuration context dialog showing all the selections.

  • Hi @Rajat26 - as attached. Appreciate the help again!

  • Thanks @Rajat26 - I think it did help a lot. Still the issue with Grid 3 and 4 continues. it seems to be operating exclusively based on my filter for product family/ SKU. Please take a look at attached.

  • Hi nnithya,

Grid 3 changes with P3 SKU and Grid 4 changes with respect to G3 Location list, you can turn off the context selector P2 product because we are already using P3 SKU which is its child hence both are in sync. Hope this helps.
