Hi,

Is anybody else experiencing issues with the Excel Add -in when using Single Sign in? I can only access it when using the old sign in method.

  • I had trouble with this as well, and discovered it worked for me by going to Authentication Settings and choosing the following:

    1. Use Universal Login: toggled on
    2. Environment: Default
    3. Click "Sign In"
    4. Enter your work email address

    Then, for subsequent log ins SSO works. I hope this works for you!
