How to add list properties formatted as Boolean in a form

Hi community

I want to create a form in Anaplan and give ability to users to add to the list. When I create a form I can only see properties that are text formatted. I want user to also check some boolean items but they are not appearing in the form.

Is there a way I can get these in the form? Or is there a way I can do this using a module rather than a form?

Any adivce is much appreciated.

Regards

Kal

@logikalyan A form can be used to input boolean formatted properties. What issues are you facing? Can you post any screenshot?

  • Hi Umang,

Thanks for your response. Here is a screenshot. In this I can only choose properties which are text formatted but there are many boolean formatted properties. I want user to fill then as well. Is there a way?

    Thanks

  • Hi @logikalyan , you can very much add other formatted properties as well to the form. Check my screenshots below, where I have date, text and boolean formatted properties in my list.

Can you please share a snapshot of your list properties as well?

  • Hi Ajay,

Thanks for your response. Below are my properties with multiple formats (text, boolean, list). But clearly I can only see Text formatted items. What am I missing here?

    Thanks

  • Hey @logikalyan , I can see "O5 Exclude Site COS" Boolean formatted properties in the screenshot of form you shared. You can enable this. Please note you can not see formula based properties in form.

    Regards,

  • Properties which are formulated cannot be selected in Form as in your screenshot some boolean items are formula driven.

  • Thanks to all guys.

Yes my properties have formulas in them. So that answer my question.

Anyone know how can I get around this. I really need to give user ability to fill these properties using a form.

    Thanks

  • You can create duplicate properties with no formula and reference these properties to the formula based properties.

  • Thanks Umang,

I will try that and see if that works.
