What formula do you have against these lineitems representing non-employee expenses? Employee expenses and non-employee expenses are retrieved from different modules into REP03. Please check if you have already built the corresponding module that calculates non-employee expenses like shipping cost, rent etc, and refer respective costs into REP03 lineitems.
