Data is not getting updated into Production model through integration

Hi Team,

I am having issue regarding the updating the records into the production model via integration and action is marked as production data.

In test, data is getting updated correctly with same action but in prod action is running but records are not getting updated.

Anyone can advise on this issue please?

    Hello,
    Is this import from a file to the model or a model-to-model import?

    Depending on that can you validate the source saved view to see if data is visible in it. In case of model-to-model imports, have you checked the source model mapping if its correct?

    In the prod model, have you added the "integration user" in the selective access (if enabled for any list)? Its a separate role that you need to select when using cloudworks.

    @Ashutosh : I never needed to flag an action as "Production Data".

    I am curious why would you need to do this. :)

    It's already in the model. I am assuming the reason could be to update the import definition in prod .

    @Ashutosh - Can you make sure the source model mapping is updated to the correct prod model?
