Using the following:
https://us1a.app.anaplan.com/2/0/workspaces/Workspace ID/models/Model ID/files
to retrieve file ids. One can substitute "modules", "processes" for files to get those ids.
Is there a way to line item ids?
You can use this: https://us1a.app.anaplan.com/2/0/models/MODEL_ID/lineItems?includeAll=true
