Hello,
Any reason why I am not getting any data here. I double checked the Lists. They are all look good. Please advise.
Thanks
@Gharbali
No, review the training, I believe you have missed a step in loading that numbered list with the product data.
Yes, because your rows are at a summary level and the line items have None as the summary option.
Can you please explain "rows are at a summary level" more? I didn't get the point.
Right click on the rows and select Show All Rows
@rob_marshall
Rob, thank you for the help. But I have hard time to follow. The rows are "A2 Account>Product#", which are the account names. Where shall I click?
Yes, right click on one of them and chose Show All Rows
"show all rows" gray out. It is showing all the rows.
Have you loaded the detailed members yet to the list? If not, you need to do that.
Thank you for getting back to me quickly. Yes all the Lists have data but it is not loading in this module. I am not sure what is the issue. Here is the some of lists associated with this module.
@Gharbali what is your module dimensionalized by? What is in the Applies To in the blueprint screen?
A2 Account>Product#
And the A2 Account>product# list:
You don't have the products loaded into that list, just the accounts.
you mean to add P2 Products to "Applies To" in the blueprint screen, I did and nothing changed. Otherwise, can you please clarify the loading products to the list?
Thank you for being patient with me.
@rob_marshall Thank you, I missed the step to load data in A2 Account>Product#

is there a way to import data with months in columns (usual excel table view)? I have to transform the data so there are rows to cover each period in the upload data form, but I am wondering if there is a better way to just import the data as is with the months in the columns. please let me know what you think. thank you,
Hello, I am receiving an 'Anaplan Upload Failed' Status Description when testing my integration with a Big Query dataset. The integration imports data from BQ to our Anaplan model. No other details given in the error log. I suspect that Cloudworks is not even picking up the file but am not sure what we did wrong on the set…
