As explained in the Level3 study material, I added country and segment as properties to "G4T Territory>Account#" but I still can't see them in filter section when I create an Action. Please advice.

Hello , You need to create A1 Accounts list and there you need to mention for Country and Segment
Then in assign action :
you need to add the filter. If you have made the account list then by this filter will be visible in the assign action. For further queries please let me know.
