CloudWorks Failure Status Description Definitions?
We have CW jobs that are failing. These jobs do not have an error log, all we have is the Status Description on the Activity page. Is there a list of status descriptions and their meaning for CW job failures available so we can troubleshoot these failures?

Try checking the activity detail to see if additional information is available, look for the ellipsis on the right when you hover. See here for more info:

Unfortunately, with the failure there is no details provided under the ellipsis. I find that I only get activity detail if the integration ends in warnings (meaning some records were successfully integrated and others not). The common errors are also those that are included in the details when the integration ends in warnings for the failed records. However, if the integration as a whole fails, there is no additional detail provided. All we have is the system description of the failure type, but I cannot find a listing with definitions of those failure types. @Tiffany.Rice

Hey! There isnβt a standard list, but you can check the CW documentation or support portal for specific status descriptions. Often, status descriptions like "Timed Out" or "Failed" can point to specific issues.
