The new Anaplan Academy experience launches on December 3rd. If you're using your company email address, you'll be automatically directed to the new platform.
Important note for users with personal email addresses
To ensure a seamless transition, please switch to your employer's email address by November 24th. Simply email academy@anaplan.com and we'll take care of the rest.
Downtime alert
Please note that the Anaplan Academy learning platform will be unavailable from November 25th to December 2nd while we transition to the new system.

Sounds great @TerryA! Not sure I'm following the email constraint though. What is the challenge with personal emails and how would I know if my email is considered personal? I'm currently using my business email at Academy but it's using a Google server, retailitix.com. In other words, I'm not a partner or a customer. Can you white list my domain? retailitix.com?

That's fantastic news! I'm really excited to see the new interface and how it looks and feels. +1 on the personal email restriction—I had the same question. What happens if someone doesn't make the switch?

One of the ways the new platform is able to provide persona-based dashboards and learning paths is by identifying customer, partner, employee, contractor, etc. users by their email address's domain. If you are using a personal email address, for example your gmail or yahoo email, those domains will not be recognized as partners or customers and won't see the full learning experience.
You can check your email in the current learning center by going to your profile in the upper right. If you're still in doubt, don't hesitate to reach out to academy@anaplan.com. We're happy to help!

Thanks @TerryA - I sent a message to academy@anaplan.com. So, all accounts will be transferred but what you're saying is that for those using a personal email they will not get a curated learning path. Is that correct? Or, are you saying that all personal email accounts will be disabled? I think that's what @Dikshant and I are asking.

All accounts will be transferred, yes. Accounts who are using a personal email address will have a limited learning path compared to the full customer, partner, and employee experience in the new Academy platform. Hope that helps!
