History export fails & unable to view history

Hi All,

We are facing one issue that we are unable to export or view history as there is too much entries & error shows time out.

Can anyone have any views to resolve same?

  • Hello Ashutosh,
    You can use the date range to split your export into multiple files & try accessing it then.

  • Not able export for 1 hour history also.

  • Can you try exporting the history for a past period prior to the recent extra huge volume of entries? If that works, try splitting the current export into smaller chunks (few minutes) to identify the particular change you're looking for.

    Cause history exports have worked for multiple GBs too so it depends on how big your current export it.

    However, if the past export doesn't work either it must be something technical & Anaplan support will be able to guide you on how to proceed in that case.
