How to use TimeSum?

Hi! I am new with Anaplan and still learning the functions.

May I ask how can I make a summary from a module with time dimension to a module without dimension?

Here in the 1st picture is the by field with its actual value, input on a daily basis.

Then I have to create a separate summary to show the total actual without time dimension

I hope to really know more from Anaplan. And I will greatly appreciate any help :) Thank you!

Yearvalue, Quartervalue, and Monthvalue are good candidates for what you're trying to do.

If you have the time you can take the level 2 modeling course where this function is used in great detail.

TIMESUM function can be used to aggregate values from a module with time dimension to a module without time dimension.
