Retaking Quiz in "The Anaplan Way" Chapter 9: Center of Excellence

Hi all,

I am currently in the process of completing the Anaplan Way course. However, I encountered an issue with the quiz in Chapter 9: Center of Excellence. Unfortunately, I did not achieve the required score of 80% and am unable to retake the quiz to proceed to the next module.

Could you please provide guidance on how I can complete this chapter and continue with the course?

Emailing academy@anaplan.com will open a ticket with the Academy help desk. You can request to have your course progress reset to allow you to retake the quiz.

I also heard this issue offline with a few folks who were trying to complete Anaplan Way but stuck due to this issue. @TerryA While doing the Anaplan Way course, folks who did not clear the quiz in 2 attempts are not able to restart the lesson. I saw your community post, so I thought to tag, if you can help here. Thx
