I am facing issue in receiving data from Informatica cloud

I am receiving the below error .please let me know the reason.

I am not getting data into target module.I am not understanding what is the issue

    It looks like the mapping for your import action got broken. Here are some simple troubleshooting steps to help you fix it:

    1. Open your data file, IC_BU_Actuals_NPNL_csv, and check the column names.
    2. Open your target model, likely a data hub model.
    3. Go to Modules and open DAT013c.
    4. Compare the column names in your file with the line item names in the module. If they don’t match, it means either the file or the module line items were changed. You can either update the file or the line items to match, or map them manually.

    Here’s how to manually map:

    1. Go to Actions, find Import into DAT013c BU Actuals action.
    2. Click Edit.
    3. Go to the Line Items tab. You’ll see the line item names like GROSS_MARGIN, OPERATING_MARGIN, NET_REVENUE_SNOW_Asset_License, etc.
    4. Map each column manually to the correct line item.

    Note: Anaplan is not case-sensitive, so no need to worry about upper or lower case mismatches.

    Actually the issue was between Informatica cloud and anaplan.the issue was resolved after unique id mapping in Informatica end but no records are flowing into anaplan.Manual uploads done in anaplan is working.The last action showing 0 successful rows
