Performance Issue / Page Crashes with Hierarchy Card
We are working on running a Page context using a 9 Level Hierarchy and the idea is to expand/collapse click through the levels while the dependent Grids on 10th Level get updated [ Hierarchy Filter Context Synced]
Unfortunately - the card navigation response is a little sluggish and takes 5-6 mins to get the context updated on the supporting grids.
Additionaly - after 2 or 3 click throughs - the page does crash as well. We are already planning to get a replicated dummy model ready and share the same with Anaplan Support but wanted to get this out if anyone else has already encountered this and are there any specific do's/don'ts we need to keep in mind?

- Can you please give an estimate on the model size and how many users are there?
- Grid which you want to synchronize—What is the module cell count?
- How many users have experienced this issue—Is it already a used report in production and many users are facing this issue?

Hi Dikshant - Thank you for the response. We raised this with Anaplan and turns out it does need a fix from there end as they were able to replicate the same in their setting too.
