Not able to fetch the history for particular cell

Hey People,

Does anybody know why I am not able to fetch the history for particular cell, or has anybody faced similar issue. Ss below

even after using the 'Export' option, text file is blank.

Any inputs ?

Hi @anupgade,
Try breaking the exports into smaller chunks, try a weekly date range & see if it works, daily if that doesn't either & you'll be better able to identify where does it stop exactly.

On the point where the text file opens up as blank - What is the size of this file? Often when you have a very large file, notepad is unable to open it & shows up blank.

In my experience, the only times I've seen this are,

The model was copied/imported to another workspace, as history doesn't get migrated along with the model,
There was a bulk copy event (such as a version copy) which also doesn't seem to get tracked well (although action changes do),
The cell was previously calculated, but the formula has since been removed, or
You haven't gone far back enough to when the change was made

Unsure if any of these scenarios apply.
