Number Scale formatting not working properly

Curious if anyone else have experienced this issue..

Front-end I have a lot of grids in various dashboards, for a lot of these grids, there are 50-100 line items, with large values in. I want to show these in thousands, using the Card Configuration → Format → Number Scale, and set to thousands. For about the first 45 rows (line items), it reformats to thousands, as I've selected in the settings. However, further down, the formatting just stops working, and shows as whole amounts, even though the settings is set to thousands..

Has anyone else experienced this? It's very frustrating and misleading looking at, and from a reporting standpoint.

I raised this to Anaplan Support, and they have now resoled the issue of line item formatting not working past the first 50 in a grid front-end. 👍️

Yes it seems to work only for the 50 line items. Probably linked to the best practice suggested by Anaplan to not have more than 50 line items in a module.

It'd be nice to raise a support ticket to get further insights on it though!

@devrathahuja - That sounds like it would be the case. Unfortunately, some modules are financial statements modules where there are a lot of line items that are needed.

I've raised it with the Anaplan support team, and I'll post updates here on what they come back with.

Cloudworks Big Query Integration Fail
Hello, I am receiving an 'Anaplan Upload Failed' Status Description when testing my integration with a Big Query dataset. The integration imports data from BQ to our Anaplan model. No other details given in the error log. I suspect that Cloudworks is not even picking up the file but am not sure what we did wrong on the set…
