Error in Uploading Screenshot for Anaplan ADO Maps.

Hi All,

Facing an issue while uploading the screenshot as it is showing "error while uploading the file". Is it only for me or is anyone else facing the same. Can anyone help in resolving this at earliest? Attaching the screenshot of the error below.

Hi @muizzsk9890 - Make sure you follow the right instructions while uploading the screenshots. The name which is given by Anaplan while doing ADO should be used and the size of the screenshot should be as per the instructions. If the size of the screenshot is large than you need to compress it and then try loading it again.

Hi @PulkitChawla The size of the screenshots (i.e. below 50MB) & the formats valid (i.e. .jpg & .png) are followed. I had made a bit changes in the Name by Adding my initials in order to avoid any duplication/repetition in the files being loaded. Can you plz confirm if I should go ahead with the exact proposed name of the screenshots?
