Browse new file when running import action.

Hi everyone. i created an import from CSV. now i want to publish this using page. my only concern is everytime i click the action/import. it wont let me browse to a new file. it only import to the old csv the i used to import when i created the action.

    Create a process and place this action in that process. Publish the process instead of action, on UX.
