Browse new file when running import action.

Hi everyone. i created an import from CSV. now i want to publish this using page. my only concern is everytime i click the action/import. it wont let me browse to a new file. it only import to the old csv the i used to import when i created the action.

import monthly data with months in columns
is there a way to import data with months in columns (usual excel table view)?
