Fluence Xl can be learned through any training or it needs the license which need to purchase by the company?
There used to be a free 30 day trial when the old fluence site was still up (even post acquisition), but the URLs I had now redirect to anaplan.com.
You might be able to arrange something with your CSBP, so I'd start with them first and see what they come back with.
