New UX Dropdowns

Hi

It looks like the app/page dropdown colourings have changed this morning from blue/dark blue to white. Is there an option to change these back or perhaps select our own colours? I personally prefer how it was before and other users have mentioned the same.

Thanks

  • @GingerAnderson - any platform updates snuck in over the weekend?

  • @tfearns @andrewtye Our new branding went live yesterday, and the colors have changed due to that. It's not customizable at this time.

    Thank you!

  • Fingers crossed that we get to. Makes the ribbon not exactly the most accessible piece of real estate.

  • I would echo that - the new white page headers blend too much with the top of the pages, making it harder for users to navigate. A darker colour would improve the user experience.

Based on the new marketing screenshots, also looks like a refreshed version of the NUX (different context selector look, some screenshots seem to have different card borders/edge shading, more rounded edges) or am I seeing things?

Don't yet see the same reflected in our apps.

  • My team also does not care for the new color scheme. I didn't really care too much, but others made a point about it…

  • The New UX @luke_e shared looks pretty slick! But the back-end & home screen is just more difficult to navigate now with the almost non-existent separators.
