How do I get the correct mapping?

Hello,
I'm facing a mapping issue, wherein I've a module with 3 dimensions & few line items-
Lets say Dimension X, Y & UID with a line item formatted as dimension ZZ

Then there's a 2nd module with the dimension ZZ , Y & the same line items-

There's a mapping between ZZ & X so I can lookup that & pull the values, dimension Y is present in both so that will auto-match, but how do I establish a mapping between the UID list & dimension ZZ to be able to pull the values?
