One of our Anaplan Users is unable to pull data in one of the dashboard on Google Chrome. However when the user is trying to open the same dashboard in Chrome incognito window is able to pull the data. She tried to clear the cache, cookies and browsing history but that didn't help in Chrome. She has the same access as another colleague who is able to pull the data from the same dashboard in google chrome. I think it is something user speicific but not sure how to move forward. Did anyone else come across this kind of issue? If so, can you please advise?
