Anaplan User unable to pull data in one of the dashboard on Google Chrome

One of our Anaplan Users is unable to pull data in one of the dashboard on Google Chrome. However when the user is trying to open the same dashboard in Chrome incognito window is able to pull the data. She tried to clear the cache, cookies and browsing history but that didn't help in Chrome. She has the same access as another colleague who is able to pull the data from the same dashboard in google chrome. I think it is something user speicific but not sure how to move forward. Did anyone else come across this kind of issue? If so, can you please advise?

  • Does both the users have the same role assigned in the users tab? Can you check that? As different roles has different modules/actions access configured. If this is a model-to-model import, make sure the first user has access to source model.

    Seems like issue is browser specific not depends on access and user role.
