How to create a new import action

I have my csv file and upload in the option "Import Data Sources" and when i click next, is supposed to be appear new windows in this windows map the columns of the new file to the current modules in Anaplan, but when i click Next the system automatically closed that windows and i cannot map the columns, is this the way to create a new import action or i'm wrong ?

    Based on your comments, you've created a new data source, not a new import action (so you can likely see few lines in the data sources tab with no associated action).

    Assuming you're doing a module import,

    1. Open the target module you're trying to import into
    2. Go to the top tabs, click Data > Import… and follow the steps
    3. After running through the file setup and mappings, you'll see the new action appear at the bottom of the Imports section in the Actions tab.

    If you're doing a list import, the process is similar, but you go via the lists menu instead.

    If you're trying to remap an existing action to a new data source, that's a different process. Let me know if that's what you meant.
