Limits
I need to reproduce a table of limits like in Excel. Where the limits are input fields that can change over year. How do I build this image of Excel in Anaplan?
One of my problems is that the real limit is an input field but I also need to put a color between my limits. Help?

To be more clear: I also have line items (kpi's) that are compared to this limits and thus receive a color formatting according to their value compared to this limits

Not very clear with the problem statement here, but can you help me to understand it better. Are you looking for something like the example below?
Dynamic configurable Range for conditional formatting as per user inputs. Users define the range, like right side. And accordingly, employees based on salary will get the corresponding range. Can you please tell me if this is what you're looking for or if not this, can you try to explain with an example.

I need to exactly reproduce the limit table like the Excel image here above on a anaplan page. The limits can be set by the users.
Just clear and simple: exactly reproduce the image in anaplan.
I was thinking about 2 line items as rows: One for the limits (upperline) and one for the colors: down line. But what formulas can I put in the line item that will do the colors?
I am also confused by the columns: How much columns do I need: I think 1 for every color and 1 for every limit. In the image you can see that excel can put numbers right or left in the fields and that helps the image but i cannot do this in anaplan or can I?
Already thanks for your help!

Than in a second phase, I will compare real calculated KPI's in Anaplan to this limits and according to the values of the actual KPI's , they will receive their color. Each KPI will thus have a color traffic lighting that I also have to put in an anaplan page in an app.

@filipsneyers - You can't define colors as an user input.
What you can do is set the colors as green/yellow/red and equate it with a number 1/2/3
Then create a table where user defines the limits & enters the number 1/2/3 for the color for that limit.0
