Anaplan provides documentation that lists the affiliates and subservice organizations that are material to the provisioning or support of our hosted service.

For the latest information regarding third-party subprocessor vendors, see the current list of subprocessors.

9/24/2021:

1. Notification for Elasic.co to be added to the subprocessor list; The Elastic platform will be used to process security telemetry to support Anaplan’s security operations center. This may include customer data, such as authentication or audit activity, that could be used to help identify unusual and/or otherwise potentially malicious activity.
2. Notification for ExtraHop Network Inc to expand scope with Anaplan; This is a security solution that provides forensic analysis, and malicious activity based off of anomalous behavior. This solution is currently only deployed in single tenants, with select customers- Anaplan intents to expand this service to all customers.
