PREVIOUSVERSION(Data) not showing prior forecast actual data - please help!

Anaplanners - I am using PREVIOUSVERSION(Data) to pull the previous forecast's data (formula in first pic). It's not pulling actuals before the current month as you can see in the second pic for May 2018. It seems to be working fine prospectively for June 2018 and pulling in the previous forecast's values for future months.

I tried the following formula but to no avail: IF PREVIOUSVERSION(DATA) = 0 THEN Data[SELECT: VERSIONS.Actuals] in the attempt to pull the actuals if the PREVIOUSVERSION(Data) did not produce values.

I am totally stuck here and would appreciate any direction from your previous experience; I really appreciate it!

Hey Ricardo,

If you check the versions tab then your version should have a "Switchover" of Jun 18, this is why you'll be seeing values of 0 in May 18 🙂
