Can not import with Anaplan Connect

I've tried to install the Anaplan Connect following the video tutorial, but every time I end up with the following message:

INFO: I/O exception (java.net.SocketException) caught when connecting to {s}->https://api.anaplan.com:443: Connection reset

Then after the batch file has retried several times and failed, I get this final message:

Anaplan API: Communication failure (Socket: Connection reset)

Does any one have any idea what this is?

AnaplanXL Difficulties
Has anyone found success using Anaplan XL with Polaris models in a shared drive with or without concurrent users? My team has experienced a variety of errors, login failures, etc. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
