converting a list of postal codes into postal code ranges

Hi,

I am trying to write an array formula in Anaplan which converts a list of postal codes into postal code ranges. He is the link for an Excel equivalent formulas.

A key design principle with Anaplan is not to try and replicate excel formula. Think more "out of the box" and break down exactly what you are trying to do
