converting a list of postal codes into postal code ranges

Hi,

 

I am trying to write an array formula in Anaplan which converts a list of postal codes into postal code ranges. He is the link for an Excel equivalent formulas.

Can anybody please help me to write this formula in Anaplan.

    A key design principle with Anaplan is not to try and replicate excel formula.  Think more "out of the box" and break down exactly what you are trying to do

     

    Please see the attached as a solution which does that

     

    I'll be happy to elaborate further is needed
