Dynamic line item

Hi Team

 

I have a line item Existing Product formated as a List of Products. The value is being picked from another module. I am creating a new line item New Product again formated as a List of Products. I need to have this list as a dynamic list where the value from the Existing Products is removed. Since Product lists is a flat list , I cant create a dependent drop down.  Any suggestion will be helpful.

 

As a work around am using conditional formating on the line and highlighting the same in red.

Hi,

 

you need to create  "Products: Existing" and "Products: New" subsets within your product list.

Then you can run a process from your model where selected line item in "Existing Products" will be added to the subset existing and removed from new.

Then your second drop down can be formatted as the new subset.
