Double Byte - character / data

We have a client that will have users around the globe.  As an example, if one user is in China, and is providing local data and local entity descriptions (eg accounts, departments, etc) in local characters (double byte) - is it possible to configure a module in a model that will show descriptions in local language (double byte),  and have other modules in the model show western character sets?  If so, how?  Thanks in advance. mike.

    If these are inputs and you are just looking for users to input data and information in different languages/characters, there is no set up required! As long as the line item is formatted as text you can input information in any language.
