API Anaplan Connect Export Action give no data

I can set a batch file that works and exports data, a small bit, but if I switch the action to a different one, it returns only headers.

This is the exact file minus username:password and action name and path are removed.

 

To be clear, the action run by hand exports a csv and the data is all there.

If I run it via API/Anaplan Connect, it does not fail, it just does NOT include any data other than the headers/column names
