I think the example batch files for Windows included with Anaplan Connect 1.4.2 should be using a carriage return followed by a line feed as a line terminator, but they are using the Unix convention of just a line feed. Using a different text editor to Notepad may help resolve this in the short term, I'll raise an issue with the team that maintain this.
