Error while adding client certificate to anaplan

Hi,

 

I am trying to add client certificate to Anaplan using Anaplan Administration->Security->Certificates.

Received following error (screen shot attached)

"No active user found with email address <abc@company.com> and tenant id <1214....>"

 

Note: I downloaded SMIME certificate (issued by GlobalSign PersonalSign Partners CA - SHA256 - G2) in .pfx format. Created client certificate.pem and private key.pem using OpenSSL tool. Edited client certificate to only have content starting with-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----.  User who has tenant admin access tried to add the client certificate to Anaplan.

Please advise

Issue  resolved. This was an access issue. After adding my user id to tenant workspace where certificate was added, it worked.
