Export can be done by setting a password with anaplan connrct.
But you can't use certificate.
Please tell me how to export using certificate.

Both Imports and exports can be automated with certificate ( with or without password prompt). Which Certificate are you using?
Anaplan has moved away from its in house certificate to Registered Certificate from third party vendor.

authentication method has no relation to import/export or anything you can do with the API once you are authenticated.
Anaplan Connect is using the API thus can be configured to use certificate. Please follow this guide:
