Wondering whether there is a way to sync the movement of the horizontal module scroll bars on boards, like in dashboard when entering "-1" :

Not sure what you mean by that. But here is how I control the horizontal scrolling of my cards on the pages
Go to page designer mode and hover around the boundary of the card, you should be able to drag the boundaries down and across.
