Many to Many Dependent Dropdown

Hi, 

I have two lists, L3 - Plan and say Product Code. Now the Product Code dropdown line item in a module needs to be dependent on the plan line item.

For this, I created a L3 - Plan formatted property in Product Code list to be used to drive the dependent dropdown. However, since it is a many to many mapping, a Product Code is valid for multiple plans. How do I incorporate for that?
