Access to Apps and Pages

Hi,

 

Could someone please help how do I provide access to someone to view the Pages and Apps that I created. I shared the link and the user was not able to view. Should the user be provided 'Page Builder' access even to view an App or Page?

    Hi @CommunityMember115158 

     

    As of now, user can't access New UX directly. We have two option right now to login the New UX Apps

    1. Once user login with their credential then user will able to see classic model then at the left top click on below as shown in screenshot:

    2. You can provide user the Apps link directly https://eu2a.app.anaplan.com/a/apps

     

    Regarding Access, you have to setup the Roles and Access in the classic model but you can also restrict the pages based on user roles in new UX.

    No need to provide Page builder access to User.
