SSO and Mobile App Compatibility

I did a quick search and wasn't able to find any recent information on this, so I figured I would post and ask the question. Apologies if this has been asked recently and I missed it!

 

If a customer uses SSO and wants to use the Mobile app to access their apps, are they able to? Do they need to be on their VPN like they would with their computers, are there other limitations that exist?

    There are some conditions to be met, but it is possible.
