Establishing Sales Targets Business Process Questions
Currently, the process to establish Country Sales Targets and Account Sales Targets is completed on an annual basis. In the future, may transition to a quarterly process.
Do we need to design models considering both annual and Quarterly approaches by giving options or just go with annual approach only?
You can ignore "In the future part" and focus on annual basis target. I had posted similar question on this Level 3 forum and I was told to proceed on annual basis.
