Import Error
Hi All,
I am facing an issue in the import action button set on a dashboard. The action button allows the users to upload the excel file in anaplan but after the upload is complete the details show that import process is successful and show nothing under the updated, ignored and failed sections and hence no data appears in anaplan.
However, for some of the users (WSA, nor WSA nor SSO users) it is working fine but most of the SSO enabled users are facing this issue.
Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi, Can you confirm DCA is not enabled in the target line items? If enabled pls check the user has the write access.

Please check whether you have this import action for DCA enabled line item.
