Anaplan Connect Proxy Setting

Hi All,

If any one is familiar with proxy settings of Anaplan, please help me out.

My client does not want to input the proxy username and password information on the batch, and trying exclude the authentification process by adding "*.anaplan.com" to their firewall whitelist.

Are there any other ways to avoid the input of proxy username and password information?

Hi Rumi,

You can generate and download a certificate by clicking on your name in top right corner and then click pprofile. Certificates can be used for API authentication, as explained in the Anaplan Connect user guide.
